We use a POD (Pixel One Design) structure — a carefully paired team of:

• 1 Lead Designer — owns creative direction, strategy, and client relationship
• 1 Production Designer — executes at speed, handles revisions, assets, and delivery

This model means you get senior thinking + fast execution without the overhead of a full in-house team. PODs take on a limited number of projects at once, so ZonPrep gets focused, high-quality attention — not a ticket queue.
